It is reasonably priced. This place is reasonably priced and the staff are helpful! The location is in a perfect and magnificent spot to the ADO station. It's also not far from a very posh looking boulevard as well as the main bus depot. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. Great to have wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering early check-in and helping with local arrangements. My room was spotlessly clean, with great water pressure and AC. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and plenty of restaurants 🌴

We stayed at this hotel to see the ruins at Palenque. We were a little apprehensive before getting to Palenque because we were worried about insects and the humidity. However, this hotel is really clean and bug free in the rooms. There was good air conditioning and the beds were huge and comfortable. Everything was modern and felt extremely clean. There was also a pool (we didn't have time to use it, but it looked clean as did the sun loungers nearby). During our six weeks travelling in Mexico this has been the cleanest and most modern hotel we have stayed in. The staff were very friendly and there was a free safety deposit in the reception. Plenty of nearby restaurants with an excellent choice of food. The hotel is also situated close to where you can catch a collectivo taxi from the top of the road to the ruins. Also well located from the bus station (we walked there with heavy rucksacks). All in all a very nice hotel.

Big size budget hotel with the best possible location and well-equipped rooms. Comfortable beds and good Internet and iron with ironing board. An exceptionally good view of garden. A very pleasant stay in a nice town.

The pool area is beautifully designed with two levels and surrounded by lush trees.
The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep at times.

Best hotel on our trip! Really nice and safe location (in a street with other international hotels). Close to the town and busses to get to the ruines (really close) and waterfalls. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a balcony. There is a really nice pool with lounge chairs and the street has a jungle feel. The staff was very friendly, letting us check in at 7am. Very good price/value!
No breakfast included.

Positive, Everything was perfect ! The team was super helpful, even helping us book extra nights when things changed. My room was spotlessly clean, with great water pressure in the shower and AC to cool down. The location was ideal, surrounded by restaurants and just minutes from major attractions 🌴

The hotel was a quiet little hideaway tucked in a pocket of jungle. Peaceful and comfortable.
There was no restaurant on site, but there were plenty of options close by.

Other comments by previous guests mentioned real value for money at Chablis and we found it to be the same. Clean and comfortable rooms and great location to the Palenque ruins. Very pleasant stay.
Please reduce the buzzer noise on the staff gate as it disturbs the peace for all the rooms nearby!
